Farm to Juice maximizes the nutrition-density of your beverage's ingredients by using an industrial cold press. Unlike other presses, our machine does not create any heat during the pressing process. This means, that our juice retains more of the key nutrition in our fresh fruits and vegetables.

These are just a few of the many health benefits of each individual ingredient:
 

ALMOND:  rich in dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals.  Almonds are also rich in healthy monounsaturated fatty acids that help to lower, “bad,” ldl cholesterol and increase, “good,” hdl cholesterol.

APPLE:  anti-inflammatory.  Apples help to stabilize blood sugar, reducing metabolic syndrome.  The pectin in apples reduces ldl cholesterol and is a good cancer preventative.

BASIL:  the king of herbs, basil is rich in vitamins A and K, and several minerals.  It has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties due to its health benefitting essential oils.

BEET:  low in calories, and rich in vitamins B and C.  Beets contain glycine betaine which lowers homocysteine levels in the blood, (high levels of homocysteine can lead to coronary heart disease, stroke, and peripheral vascular disease).  Beets are good for purifying the blood.

BLUEBERRY:  the phytochemicals in blueberries help rid the body of free radicals, protecting the body against cancers, aging, degenerative diseases, and infections.  These berries also help lower blood sugar.

CABBAGE:  excellent for preventing and healing stomach ulcers.  Cabbage is a natural cancer preventative.

CARROT:  rich in many vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients.  Carrots are good blood sugar stabilizers, and are rich in Beta Carotene.  Also a natural diuretic which helps reduce excess fluid from the body.

CASHEW:  packed with soluble dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals and numerous phytochemicals that help protect the body from cancer and diseases.

CAYENNE:  in addition to minerals, vitamins, and some phytonutrients, cayenne contains capsaicin, which has anti-bacterial, anti-carcinogenic, analgesic, and anti-diabetic properties.

CELERY:  a natural diuretic, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory, celery is alkalinizing and helps uric acid reduction.

CILANTRO:  natural antibiotic, detoxifying, stabilizes blood sugar levels and lipids.

CINNAMON:  helps to lower ldl cholesterol, stabilizes blood sugar and promotes normal insulin function.  Anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-parasitic properties and is a natural food preserver.

COCONUT WATER:  this is nature’s sports drink, due to the high levels of electrolytes.  It is the same ph as our blood plasma and has been used intravenously in third world countries for immediate hydration.

COCONUT:  medium chain fatty acids which help lower ldl cholesterol and increase hdl cholesterol.  Good for the skin, rich in fiber, and other minerals.

CUCUMBER:  great hydrator, and has a cooling effect on the body.  Natural diuretic and has anti-inflammatory properties.

DATES:  fruit packed with essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals required for normal growth, development and well-being.  Dates are rich in dietary fiber, iron, and tannins, which are anti-infective, anti-inflammatory, and anti-hemorrhagic.

GARLIC:  has natural antimicrobial properties, vasodilator which increases blood flow and is anti-inflammatory.

GINGER:  aids circulation by helping the body to sweat.  Ginger is a good flu and cold fighter.  Helps prevent motion sickness, effective against nausea and vomiting, and is good for digestion.

GRAPE:  rich in reservatrol, an antioxidant found to reduce plaque buildup in the arteries.  Helps reduce blood pressure.

GRAPEFRUIT:  rich in vitamins and minerals.  Grapefruit has a natural fat burning enzyme called, naringin.  Helps to lower cholesterol and is good for digestion.

HGW (HORNY GOAT WEED):  used for centuries in chinese medicine to treat ailments such as fatigue, arthritis, and sexual dysfunction.

HIMALAYAN (PINK) SALT:  contains the same 84 natural minerals and elements found in the body.  Promotes stable ph balance in the cells, and increased digestive absorption.
